What is Tracks?
Tracks is a simple sales pipeline tool designed for Highrise. It prevents you falling behind on deals you and your team are working on. It integrates closely with Highrise meaning that you don’t need to change too much of what you already do in Highrise and Tracks will do the rest to give you an accurate picture of your sales pipeline.
Why should I use Tracks with Highrise?
Tracks is specifically built for sales pipeline management. Highrise is more of a contact manager where you handle communication with customers, so they work very well together. See this article on using Highrise for contact management and Tracks for sales pipeline management.
Are you affiliated with Highrise?
No. We are a separate company. As Highrise put it: “Highrise are not involved in the development of any outside integrations. They’re handled from start to finish by the outside company using our API.”
Can I set up sales stages or referrals?
Yes you can. Tracks allows you to create Category Groups and connect these to Highrise Custom Fields, which can contain any categories and criteria you need. Have a look at how this works.
Can I export my deals to Excel from Tracks?
Yes. On the top right hand corner of the pipeline view there is an export button. There you can choose the deals, date ranges and extra criteria you want to export.
Does Tracks send any email summaries or prompts?
Yes. You can subscribe to a “Tracks Weekly” that sends you a list of deals going cool. We also send you emails on the day deals are set to close.
Does Tracks handle multiple currencies?
Can I change the date format and timezone and currency?
Yes. You can change your settings in “Preferences”.
Can I customise confidence levels and see weighted values?

Can I forecast my deals 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 months in advance?
Yes. Tracks allows you to see what deals have closed and are closing on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. You can forecast up to 12 years…
Why can I not find the deal I am searching for?
The search tool on the pipeline view only searches deals that are visible on the page. If you want to search deals over the last two years for example, then simply change the view option and date range to years and do a search. You can search descriptions, contacts, categories, confidence levels, people responsible, values and currencies.
Do you have a mobile app?
Tracks can be accessed on any device and will respond to suit that device. In the future, we will look at device specific apps.
Does Tracks handle subscriptions or recurring revenue deals?
Yes. When you have a recurring deal in Highrise like $12,000 at $1,000 per month for 12 months, you can either display these deals in your pipeline as one lump sum ($12,000) or a deals worth $1,000 for each month of the 12 months.
How much does Tracks cost?
