At the start of April, we launched a new drag ‘n’ drop interface for Tracks. Since then we’ve continued to make improvements (login). Here’s a summary of what we’ve been doing.
Auto syncing: 9th April
If you are a Highrise user you can now set up auto syncing so that your Highrise deals are never out of date in Tracks. This includes status changes and closing date and updates to who’s responsible, description, value and category.
Weighted values: 14th April
Due to popular demand we added in a weighted value for pending deals based on confidence levels. This has always been in the export option, but now it’s available on the pipeline view.
Confidence levels: 23rd April
Along with weighted values we added custom confidence levels meaning you can set the confidence levels you want.
Search: 3rd May
A few weeks ago we added an amazing search feature that filters out deals using key word searches. The search covers descriptions, next steps, contact names, people responsible for deals and more.
12 months ago: 14th May
Looking back is always useful. It allows you to benchmark. That’s why we’re excited to launch our new feature of comparing your current deals to deals you won and lost 12 months ago.
Deleting deals: 14th May
Admittedly, this feature is long overdue, but it’s finally here. You can now delete deals from both Tracks and Highrise. Pretty simple.
Easier contacts: 21st May
Last week we added more contact management options. You can now search and edit contacts and companies.
